Study on high-yield culture technique of double low variety Huyou No. 15 in Brassica napus L

A study was conducted to determine the effects of different sowing dates, nitrogen fertilizer rates and crop densities on the seed yield of a double low B. napus Huyou No. 15. Treatments comprised: three sowing dates (20 and 30 September and 10 October), three nitrogen rates (337.5, 270.0 and 232.5 kg/hm2) and three crop densities (127 500, 150 000 and 105 000 plants/hm2). Results showed that the most suitable sowing date of the Huyou No. 15 was on 20 September.
