Survey and identification of rice germplasm resources in the Three-Gorges Reservoir Area of China

Journal of Southwest Agricultural University 23(6): 486-488

In 1996-97, a survey was made of rice germplasm in 13 counties in the Three-Gorge Reservoir Area to rescue the local ancient varieties in this region. A total of 104 accessions were collected and then grown in field trials at the Chongqing Sanxia Institute of Agricultural Sciences.
