A study was conducted to determine the hardiness of apricot (cultivars Youyi and Longwangmao) flower organs against cold temperatures. The effect of ice nucleation active (INA) bacteria on cold resistance of apricot flower organs was also determined. Youyi showed higher cold resistance than Longwangmao. Corollas had the highest cold resistance followed by stamens then by gynoeciums.
