The effect of spraying with a mixture of herbicides containing phenmedipham, desmedipham, and ethofumesate on photosynthetic intensity in leaves of nine strawberry cultivars

Foliar application of a mixture of herbicides containing phenmedipham, desmedipham and ethofumesate (all at 90 or 180 g/ha) to the plants of nine strawberry cultivars (Senga Sengana, Dukat, Kama, Real, Syriusz, Redgauntlet, Elsanta, Dana and Gerida) revealed variations in plant tolerance to the applied herbicides. In 1994 and 1996, the relationship between herbicide application and net photosynthetic intensity was determined by means of an infrared gas analyser.
