Avidity IgG: diagnosis of primary Toxoplasma gondii infection by indirect immunofluorescent test
The aim of the present study was to clarify whether the Toxoplasma IgG avidity test might improve the diagnostic relevance of serological examinations of patients infected with toxoplasmosis, especially when only a single serum sample is provided by the patients as commonly seen in Egypt.
