Nineteen cultivars of fennel, 4 genotypes of garlic and 8 cultivars of onion were evaluated for their resistance to M. javanica under greenhouse conditions. Plants were inoculated with second-stage juveniles of M. javanica, and evaluated for growth parameters, and number of galls and egg masses at 75 days after inoculation.
