Competitive ability of agricultural production and its evaluation

The importance of the high level of competitive ability of agricultural products as the decisive factor of a commercial success in conditions of transition to the market economy in Russia is discussed. The definition of the competitive ability of products is considered as the ability to be more attractive to consumers, satisfying a combination of requirements related to price and quality characteristics.
