Consumer test on the role of health-related factors for coffee and tea drinkers

The results of an internet-based study using conjoint measurements of factors that drive consumer interest on tea and coffee are presented. Three market segments of approximately equal sizes for both coffee and tea were involved. These were the 'health-conscious' (primarily interested in products that are beneficial to their health), 'elaborates' (those who want a variety of tastes and sensations in their products) and 'no frills' (those who want their product simple and straightforward).
