Determination of dry matter and organic matter degradability of some forages and concentrate feeds with nylon bag technique in sheep and its dry and organic matter digestibility with enzyme technique

Saglk Bilimleri Dergisi, Firat Universitesi 18(2): 111-116

This study was conducted to determine organic matter digestibility with in vitro enzyme and in situ method of ruminant feeds (Turkey). For this aim, 45 feed samples (oat, barley, corn, wheat, lucerne, grass, soyabean meal, cottonseed meal and sunflower meal; five of each) were used in the study. The dry matter and organic matter digestibilities of feed samples were determined with enzyme technique.
