96 bulls from the following breeds: Black and White (CB), (N=23), Crosses of Black and White with Angus (AA), (N=23), Belgian White Blue (BB), (N=29), Crosses of Piemontese, Chianina and Marchgiana (Italian Breeds) (N=21) were evaluated to estimate the effect of body weight before slaughter on selected after-slaughter performance traits of crosses with different beef breeds fattened by a semi-intensive system.
