Effect of intercropping potato crop with some medicinal and ornamental plants on insect infestations

A study was undertaken in Egypt during the winter and summer seasons in 2000-01 to determine the effect of intercropping some ornamental and medicinal plants as geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus) and sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum) with potato (cv. Nicola) on pest incidence.
