Effect of nitrogen fertilizer and FYM combinations on the nutrient content and uptake by dry matter of wheat

Journal of Maharashtra Agricultural Universities 29(3): 329-330

A study was undertaken in Maharashtra, India, during 1994-96 to determine the effects of N fertilizer and FYM combinations on the nutrient content and uptake by dry matter of wheat HD 2189. Treatments comprised: control (no N); 120 kg N through urea alone; 90 kg N through urea + 30 kg N through FYM; 60 kg N through urea + 60 kg N through FYM; 30 kg N through urea + 90 kg N through FYM and 120 kg N through FYM alone.
