The root exudates (at 12.5, 25, 50, and 100%) collected from onion plants of different ages (7-, 14-, 21-, and 28-day-old) were evaluated for their nematicidal effect on the larval hatch of root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne javanica. The root-knot nematode egg masses were exposed to the exudates for 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 days.
