The effect of storage temperature was determined for the detection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) and transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) in fecal samples from experimentally and naturally infected pigs by multiplex reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
