Effects of long-term position fertilization on the quality and yield components of winter wheat

Acta Botanica Boreali Occidentalia Sinica 25(6): 1178-1183

An experiment of position fertilization was conducted on non-calcareousness fluvo-aquic soil for 20 years to study the effects of long-term position fertilization on the quality and yield components of winter wheat. Application of organic and nitrogen fertilizers at high rates increased the water absorption; sedimentation value; dough-forming settling and breaking time; and the total amino acid and essential amino acid content of the wheat flour.
