Efficiency of herbicide 2,4 D in the control of Raphanus raphanistrum L., after emergence in pearl millet

Due to the lack of research in weed control in pearl millet, the present work was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of different 2,4-D rates on Raphanus raphanistrum control in pearl millet in a no-tillage system. The work consisted of two experiments with distinct sowing times in autumn-winter, at FCA/UNESP, in Botucatu, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Treatments for both experiments comprised: three 2,4-D rates (402, 536 and 670 g ha-1) and a product-free control.
