Environmental factors that influence the age at the first calving, days open and calving interval in Holstein cows of the Castrolanda, State of Parana

Data of the Programa de Analises de Rebanhos Leiteiros do Parana (PARLPR) of the Associacao Paranaense de Criadores de Bovinos da Raca Holandesa (APCBRH) were analysed to study the environmental factors (herd, year of calving, calving month, genetic group, age of calving and cow effect) that influence the reproduction traits such as age at the first calving (in months), days open and calving interval (in days) of cows in Castrolanda, Castro, State of Parana.
