Estimation of yield losses due to white rust and powdery mildew diseases of rapeseed mustard

A study was conducted in Maharashtra, India, to estimate yield losses in rapeseed (Brassica campestris) and Indian mustard (Brassica juncea), collectively called rapeseed-mustard, due to infection with white rust (Albugo candida) and powdery mildew (Erysiphe cruciferarum). The rapeseed-mustard cultivars used were Seeta, Pusa Bold, MCN-60, Bio-SYR, Bio-902 and TM-17.
