Evaluation of triticale x bread wheat derivatives for agro-morphological, physiological and biochemical traits in relation to drought and cold stress

Twenty-two triticale x bread wheat derivatives alongwith six control cultivars (TL 1210, TL 1217, HD 2380, CPAN 1992, HPW 42 and HS 240) were evaluated for different plant traits in the field (Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, India) under irrigated environment to select drought and cold tolerant genotype(s) alongwith high yield and quality traits. The analysis of variance revealed the presence of sufficient genetic variability for grain yield and other traits.
