Impact of PGF2 alpha administration on progesterone pattern during and after PMSG treatment in buffaloes

Egyptian Journal of Veterinary Science 31: 63-74

Thirteen buffalo cows and six heifers were subjected to superovulatory treatments using 3000 i.u. PMSG (GestylReg.), 25 mg PGF2 alpha (LutalyseReg.) that were injected 48 hrs after PMSG treatment and at day eight of the oestrous cycle after superovulatory treatments.
