A field experiment was conducted in Gujarat, India during the kharif season of 1982-1995 to determine the effects of farmyard manure (FYM; 0, 6 and 12 t/ha) and murrum (0, 10 and 20 t/ha up to 1990 and 0, 20 and 40 t/ha onwards) on the yield and nutrient uptake of groundnuts GG-10, as well as on the physical properties of the soil.
