The present study was carried out to see the inheritance pattern of B. sphaericus resistance in A. stephensi. Two strains of A. stephensi, viz. S-susceptible to B. sphaericus (LC50=0.088 mg/litre) and R-resistant to B. sphaericus (LC50>1600 mg/litre), were used.
