Laboratory examinations of microbial contamination of egg shells, inner and/or outer shell membrane and yolk of 200 infertile hatching eggs (control) and 300 fertile dead germs (treatment) were performed. The percentages of microorganisms on control and treated eggs at days 0, 3, 3, 6, 11, 14, 16 and 18 in the incubator were 90 and 85.71%, 75 and 64.29%, 60 and 50%, 10 and 40%, 70 and 73.33%, 70 and 73.33%, 77.77 and 73.33%, and 90 and 80%, respectively.
