Multivariate and RAPD analyses of drought tolerance in spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

A study was conducted in Egypt for 2 successive growing seasons (2001/02 and 2002/03) to determine the performance of 25 F7 wheat genotypes and their parents under 2 different water regimes (non-stress (irrigated) and stress conditions), and to screen quantitative indices for drought tolerance.
