The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of bovine, sheep and goat derived materials was optimized using beef and goat meat. The results showed that the detection limitation was 10 micro g/g for bovine derived materials and 0.1 micro g/g for goat derived material by selected DNA extraction method with the buffer and the buffers. The bovine, sheep and goat derived materials were positive in mixed feed powders of level test by PCR and restriction enzyme analysis.
