Optimization of separation of selected active ingredients of plant protection products by gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography

This paper describes the optimization of separation of diphenylamine, pyrimethanil, cyprodinil and trifluralin by gas chromatography (GC), reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and reverse phased-thin layer chromatography (RP-TLC). The best separation for RP-HPLC and RP-TLC were obtained for mobile phase containing 25% water and 75% methanol.
