A field experiment was conducted during the 1998/99 rabi season in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, to evaluate the productivity of different wheat cultivars with combined application of nitrogen through inorganic and organic sources under late-sown conditions. The cultivar and nitrogen levels significantly influenced the productivity of wheat.
