Somaclonal lines (generations R1-R3) generated from 20 parental genotypes of winter triticale were evaluated for resistance to Fusarium head blight. The heads were artificially inoculated with F. culmorum isolates. Significant variation among the parental genotypes in terms of resistance to Fusarium head blight was observed.
