Response of potato cv. Kufri Badshah to inter and intra row spacings under Gujarat condition

A field experiment was conducted in the rabi seasons of 1993-94 and 1995-96 in Gujarat, India to investigate the effects of inter-row spacings (40, 50 and 60 cm) and intra-row spacings (10, 15 and 20 cm) on the performance of potato Kufri Badshah. Inter-row spacing of 40 cm produced high total yields and tuber sizes of <25, and 25-50 g sized tubers; but this yield was similar to that produced at 50 cm interrow spacing.
