Graft incompatibility, bark cracking followed by gummosis and shredding, and dieback of shoots were studied in a trial in Hisar, Haryana, India, involving 5 grapefruit scion cultivars, namely Marsh seedless, Duncan, Foster pink, Ganganagar Red and Saharanpur Special, budded on 6 rootstocks, i.e. Jatti Khatti (rough lemon), Cleopatra mandarin Rangpur lime Pectinifera Troyer citrange and Carizzo citrange.
