Study on key technology in the industrialized production of Bacillus subtilis Bs-916, the rice sheath blight control agent

Study on key technology in the industrialized production of Bacillus subtilis Bs-916, the rice sheath blight control agent

Acta Phytophylacica Sinica 31(3): 230-234

B. subtilis Bs-916 was grown on 15 different fermentation media and the best media was selected for industrial use. The amount of solids in the medium was increased from 2.325 to 3.625%, and medium cost was reduced from 166 to 124.25 RMB yuan/t. The best inoculation time was 24-48 h, and the best initial inoculated amount was 1/300-1/150. The appropriate temperature was in the range 30-33 degrees C, and the appropriate acid values were 7.0-8.5.
