The effect of local flora on variation in airborne pollen concentrations in two districts in Lublin

The effect of local flora on variation in airborne pollen concentrations in two districts in Lublin

Annales Universitatis Mariae Curie Skodowska Sectio EEE, Horticultura 12: 75-85

The airborne pollen concentrations in two districts in Lublin (Poland) was measured during 1997 and 1998 by means of the gravimetric method. Samples were taken at two measurement points, 4.5 km apart, to compare pollen fall in different districts of the city. Tree pollen dominated at both sites. Various results of the investigations concerned the number of pollen grain of each taxon.
