This study focuses on the evaluation of the acute and chronic toxicity of the three heavy metals (mercury, cadmium and copper) tested individually, and four types of industrial sewage in Japanese oyster Crassostrea gigas, in order to determine the lethal concentration (CL50-96 h) and the bioaccumulation of the tested metals in oyster tissues.
