A study was conducted to determine the chemical composition of essential oils obtained from mandarin (Citrus reticulata L.) and grapefruit (Citrus paradise L.) and to determine the antifungal activity of these oils against Aspergillus flavus and A. niger. The essential oils were analysed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.
