In 2001-02, the effect of different rates of N fertilizer on the yield and storage ability of Chinese cabbage, from autumn cultivation, was compared in experiments carried out in Skierniewice, Poland. N was applied once, before planting, or as double or triple split applications. The following N rates were compared: 0, 70, 140, 70+70, 210, 140+70, 70+70+70, 280, 140+70+70, 350, 210+70+70 kg/ha.
