Extreme policies modeled within the landscape management policy simulator (LAMPS)

Extreme policies modeled within the landscape management policy simulator (LAMPS)

General Technical Report Pacific Northwest Research Station, USDA Forest Service (PNW-GTR-656): 291-297

Several variations on the current behaviour of four major landowner groups in the Coast Range of Oregon were simulated using the LAMPS model. The simulation of current and future behaviour is termed the Base Case, and assumptions regarding this behaviour were derived from numerous meetings with landowner groups associated with the management of Coast Range forests.
