Sugarcane residue soil amendments for crop improvement and citrus nematode, Tylenchulus semipenetrans, management on mandarin were studied under sandy (calcareous) soil conditions in Egypt. Molasses and vinasse as sugarcane residues each was applied twice compared to the nematicide, oxamyl 24% litres (3 litres/feddan) on March and 60 days after the first application (on May) at 1/10 and 1/20 dilutions.
