The effect of several nutrient solutions and cultural media on quantity and quality characteristics of greenhouse tomato cv. Hamra in hydroponics system

To determine the ammonium requirement of greenhouse tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum , the effects of 5 nutrient solutions and 6 culture media on the yield and quality of tomato Hamra under hydroponics system were studied. The main difference between the nutrient solutions was the nitrogen type and ammonium nitrogen to total nitrogen (NH4+/NH4++NO3-) ratio. Coic nutrient solution was used as the control.
