The pharmacokinetics of AF 1312/TS acid and diclondazolic acid, 2 antispermatogenic substances, were studied in rats. The time course of serum and testicular concentrations of the 2 compounds apparently were similar, except that diclondazolic acid produced lower concentrations. Since the antispermatogenic doses of diclondazolic acid are lower than those of AF 1312/TS, its intrinsic potency is probably higher.
