A contribution to the habitat selection of the ambrosia beetles trypodendron lineatum and trypodendron domesticum

Anzeiger fuer Schaedlingskunde Pflanzenschutz Umweltschutz 60(4): 65-67

With the help of baited traps Trypodendron lineatum and T. domesticum were caught as well in the open fields as near groups of trees. Both species preferred that trap outside the forest standing in an environment most similar to their typical habitat.
