Abstract
A teratological basidioma of L. naucinus (Fr.) Singer is described and compared with normal ones. In the deviating specimen, gills are absent, the margin of the cap is curved upwards and the ring is very low on the stipe. Isolation experiments prove that this aberration was not caused by a mycoparasite.
