Abstract
Preliminary results of experimental chemotherapy using actinomycin D loaded polymethylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles on the growth of transplantable rat soft tissue sarcoma [S 250] cells is described. The use of polymethylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles as a drug carrier apparently enhances the activity of the drug towards the subcutaneous sarcoma.
