Abstract
The scheme of thiophosphamide injections on the background of glucose infusion i.v. was employed for the treatment of cancer in rats. Thiophosphamide injections at the moment of the increased quantity of tumor cells in G2-phase, in the transition G1 .fwdarw. S of the cell cycle and hyperacidity of tumor tissue significantly enhanced the therapeutic effects. Complete tumor regression was noted in 60% of the cases.
