Arthropoda infesting foodstuffs--data related to study of sequestrated 234 samples in Italy by health authorities

Analyses of stored food affected by insects and other arthropods were reported. Legal procedures relating to these inspections are discussed. Possible health damage caused by the infesting arthropods is reported. The percentage of infested foods, analyzed from 1966-1977, are tabulated. The percentages of different arthropod species observed in the food are given.
