Abstract
The results of examinations of 502 patients with organic diseases of the blood vessels of the extremities (decompensation of peripheral circulation of the 2nd-3rd degree) in Sverdlovsk Ukraine, USSR, are presented. Mycosis of the hands and feet was diagnosed in 27.7% of the patients including 20.6% with arterial and 35% with venous pathology of the vessels of the extremities. Clinical differences in the course of mycosis in patients with organic diseases of arteries and veins were observed. Methods for composite differentiated treatment of such patients were developed in cooperation with surgeons with regard to the nature of the disease and the degree of circulation disorders.
