Comparative characteristic of some polymorphic blood protein systems in humans and mongrel laboratory mice



Tsitologiya i Genetika 10(5): 387-390



Electrophoretic pictures of blood proteins were compared for nonlinear mice and human beings. Genetic polymorphism of alkaline phosphatase was found in human blood serum while it is absent in mice. Esterase polymorphism was observed in the mice albumin zone that is not observed in human beings.
