Samples of (180) of human serum from subjects of both sexes were tested. The reagents used for the immunofluorescence reaction [IFA] and hemagglutination [IHA] were made. IHA values were constantly higher; there is a correlation between IFA and IHA antibody strengths, at least up to the observed levels.
