The cytogenetic activity of organophosphorous insecticide, Valexon, and its influence on the mutability of mice bone marrow cells were studied. Bone marrow cells of mice repeatedly treated with low doses of Valexon were highly sensitive to the cytogenetic action of the known mutagen rubomycin (daunomycin).
