A cytogenetic analysis was made of the peripheral blood leukocytes of patients who had been subjected (4-4.5 yr before) to radiotherapy for uterine carcinoma (cumulative doses given to the focus were 7000-9000 rad). Radiation-induced injury to chromosome apparatus of the peripheral blood leukocytes diminished 4-4.5 yr following radiotherapy. Complete normalization was not registered by that time.
