Abstract
Unstimulated human lymphocytes were stored during 0, 24 and 48 h at 5.degree., 21.degree. and 37.degree. C before and after thiophosphamide treatment. The sensibilizing role of temperature during prolonged lymphocyte storing before mutagen treatment was shown. The frequency of chromosome aberration does not change during its storing after mutagen effect.
